Yay, it's over.

Hello to all,
   I am glad it's all over. I was waiting for my final grade before I posted something on my blog. Now that i've gotten it, I will go ahead and write. I got some really good feedback from my teacher. I could have gotten a perfect score possibly, but I did not meet the length requirements for my paper. That affected my grade tremendously. I was getting aggravated with writing the paper and I was running out of ideas. I did not enjoy having to post on my blog every week, but I do enjoy having a blog, just not as an assignment. I will be keeping it. It will be my little journal or something.
   It was nice working with all of you. I hope that the feedback that I had given some of you was helpful. Good luck to everyone in their careers.

Almost the end of the term.

Hello all,
this is the end of the eighth week and the beginning of the ninth week of this term. That means that my final paper is due and soon this term will be over (thank God). I have a paper to write in my other class by the end of this unit. It isn't anything major. I will complete it quickly. It's just that I am actually so sleepy and tired right now, that I don't know whether I should start tonight or leave it  for tomorrow. It probably would be wiser to do it tonight, because like the saying goes "tomorrow is not promised". I am not sure were this comes from, but I completely agree.

I would not mind keep this blog until I have reached my goal at Kaplan University. Actually, I think I will. I will make it my business to post an entry here at least once every week, to keep up with my activities. That is a very good idea.

I will be doing a lot of researching within the next few weeks, in order to complete my paper. I hope that I find a lot of good information.

My final paper

Hello all,
I have finally completed my first draft for my final paper. It has been a journey. I still have so much more to do to have a nice, well written paper. I only have written three pages when I actually need eight. So that means I have five more pages to write. At least I have already started. I have some good resources that I will be using. I will not make the mistake of waiting for the last minute to complete it. I will be adding something to it every day until I have reached my goal. I have gotten really good feedback from my teaching. He pointed out things, that I was not even aware of. I have learned so much during this term. I am happy. Now I know how to write a professional paper and I am very proud of myself.

Writing, writing, and more writing.

Hello classmates,

I have been enjoying this term so far, but I have to be honest, I do not like to write. It sounds as if I am complaining, but I really am not. I love all the information and knowledge that I am getting from my writing class. But when it comes to writing, I always feel this pressure, and also feel that I can't do it. I know that can , and I know that I will. Therefore I am going to keep researching, and I am going to get better at it. I am almost at the end of the term, so I'll keep holding on until I get the results that I am looking for.

Mid term

Hello everyone,

This is the end of the fifth week and the beginning of the sixth week this term. I have four, weeks left and I am very excited about it. Homework is getting a little harder, but I am making it. This week, we are required to write our first draft for our final paper, I have to get back to my research about Alternative medicine. I hope I find some good facts on this topic. This final paper is not only important because I want a good grade, but also because I am an aspiring Naturopathic Doctor and the information that I find within my research will help to determine whether it is something that I would really like. So wish me luck with my research, and also with my paper.

Hello class,

  This week, I am having much trouble completing my assignments. I am not finding any articles that really please me at this time. Well I have found some good articles, but nothing that helps with my discussion board for this unit. All the articles that I have now will help me in my final paper, but I just cannot focus and respond to my discussion board questions. I can answer, but there is this one specific question that requires me to paraphrase some information related to the topic that I have chosen for my final paper. I will keep searching until I find something that I like.

Working on my final paper for my college composition class.

Hi class, I hope that everyone is doing well, especially in school. I currently have a few ideas for my paper that I am developing. I originally wanted to write about nutritional supplements but I changed my mind because it did not seem to be an argumentive subject to me. My new topic is going to be about alternative medicine. This is my field of study, and I think that a lot of people are just not well educated about. Although this is not an informative paper, I feel that many turn it away because of their lack of knowledge. Therefore, I am thinking about pretending that I am talking to a group of "non-believers" , if you will allow the terminology, with the intent of persuading them of the effectiveness or efficacy of alternative medicine. I have never been good at persuading anybody about anything, so this is one thought. Another thought I have is trying to persuade health insurance agencies to include this method in their coverage plans. My third idea is, talking about the differences between alternative and conventional medicine and deciding which one is better. Lastly, I may take the positive side of alternative medicine.
So these are all my thoughts, any suggestions will be welcomed, however I am pretty satisfied with what i've come up with so far.

My family

Hello everyone, and welcome to my blog. My name is Imani Anderson. I am 25 years old and am originally from Haiti. My parents still live there, but most of my family members live in the United States. I came to the States 7 years ago. My husband and I have been married for almost six years now and we have four beautiful children. Our oldest son Nehemiah is 5 years old and he attends Georgia Cyber Academy; our second child Micaiah is almost 4 years old and is very active; our only daughter Anaiah is two years old, she is so sweet and so smart; and last but not least, our newborn son Jeremiah is only six weeks old.

As you can see, I have my hands full. I am constantly on my feet, but I love it. I am doing my best to keep up with my school work. I don't have a dull moment in my life and I am thankful for it.
